    Guys if you are going to post stuff at least have a go at backing it up.
    I've posted the law they have broken, feel free to enlighten us if you have a valid argument as to why they have not, instead of arguing about the value of "a car" that you have no knowledge of.

    Look, if you're the complete expert, just leave the thread alone - and come back and post the result when you have it all sorted.

    I'll be the first to accept I was wrong then. But, until then, I stand by everything I've said in this thread so far.

    You will be taking them to court as a small claim, and they will judge your claim on its merits and its merits alone. They will not make any declarations of illegality.

    And if somebody other than a court can make any declaration of illegality, then I'd love to know who. Simply saying something is illegal doesn't make it so.
