Talk Talk: no emails until the 22 Feb they informed us and still no emails.

Thank you macman. I can log in to my web mail account and it only shows in settings my Tiscali email address and not as far as I'm aware my Onetel email address for some strange reason(or because they have messed up with their new web account which I refuse to click through to use as others have had problems with it), even though only my Onetel emails come down to my desktop application but not Tiscali addressed emails, though both arrive on the TT webmail site when I've accessed it. I have provided my desktop application settings to their TT community forum and they said that my Tiscali desktop settings were "spot on".
The point is is that they have lost lots of my emails when their email system crashed or was "hacked" and I'm trying to get their network team to address all of the above and also get them to retrieve all my emails back and not kick this into the long grass. I've used the linux desktop application since I signed up with Onetel all those years ago, and I never told the TT community forum originally I used linux even though they said that my setting were spot on, and my settings used are the universal ones to be found in Windows and Apple as well. I'm sure they would like if given the chance use any excuse to clean their hands of me by using linux as an excuse - they should take a gander at their servers which almost certainly use linux as you know. The time before the time referred to above, it was well into a second week when I had posted on your TT forum website, that they answered, but that was only because you prompted them after I messaged you about the length of time that had past by. This time the post was on there for over a week and that's why I updated it because I could see it was just going to vanish again into your TT website ether, unlike those who post on BT forums who are replied to pretty sharpish.
Why can't TalkTalk solve problems on this website like other phone company reps do who contact their network teams direct and post directly back here, is beyond me, unless TalkTalk see it as an exercise in managing any publicity problems away, because this is one of the biggest websites in the country. tweeter.
News flash. I've just been informed on my desktop email application that you have reset my Tiscali email address, but alas to no effect, as they still refuse to come down to my desktop email application even though my desktop email application settings were described by your community forum rep as "spot on". I know they are spot on because my Onetel addressed emails which use the same email settings still come down to my desktop email application, but my Tiscali addressed emails to me are still sitting on your TT's webmail site. Also as a test, if I try and send Tiscali addressed emails from my desktop email application to my Yahoo email account, it goes out on your network but never arrives at my Yahoo account or any of my friends email accounts either.
But the main point is is that its your network which is at fault, which happened when your email website crashed recently (probably by being hacked again) and I'm still having to plead with you to do something to put it right, doh!Peel back your baby's eyelid to find no nationality or religious identity mark there. I have contacted the OCE's again, but as usual it takes so long for them to reply if they reply at all, unless you prompt them as you did last time.
It also seems that when posting on TalkTalk's community forum, if anyone has been severely affected by your recent webmail crash like me, who not only has lost emails, but one of my two different addressed emails vanishes into the ether when sent from my desktop application, even though your OCE_Ady there said my settings were "spot on" that your network team seems disinclined to investigate any of these problems. Which I can only draw a conclusion and I'm sure others will, that there is a cost based attitude in place considering you have lost three quarters of a million customers since TalkTalks website hacking earlier last year. Hoping again you will at least prompt OCE_Ady to answer my post and hopefully and eventually OCE_Ady of Talk Talks community forum gets TalkTalks network team to address this glitch and the other things mentioned. Our OCEs do try to reply as quickly as possible. It is best you await their reply on the community rather than a third party website, as mentioned by Vicky. If you have recently posted on the community, the team will get back to you as soon as they can.

The quote above is from a private message a TalkTalk Company Rep here (minus their name) sent to me here saying they would prompt the OCE to address my post on the TT community forum. (I had given your rep here a link as well, which should still be in your message folders). Because it was pretty obvious my post on the TT community forum had been so long there it was vanishing into the mists of time, until your rep here got them to respond. The latest TALKTALK debacle is to leak users address books over their ONETEL mail server.
Earlier this month TALKTALK reconfigured its ONETEL system; after that it failed to work, by logging users out straight after they logged in.
Then it lost everyone's address book, -so I have no contacts.
Today I have an address book but with the entries deleted.
I also have the address book of p m clagan and mark green...?
This is as bad as TALKTALKS last data leak. Then they were hacked; this time they are giving data away. I'm surprised the press haven't got on to this.
ps. Any company want to buy mailing lists.....??0
