Talk Talk: no emails until the 22 Feb they informed us and still no emails.

My emails had stopped coming for seven days now. They informed me on the phone that I would have to wait until the 22 Feb before they put it right but still no emails. I've also posted this on one of the other forums.
They say there's something wrong with their servers and will get back to me. I was wondering if they haven't been hacked again, as this is a long time to be without their email service and I can't be the only one.
I'm also worried they will lose my emails, as I don't trust them to back them up after all this time now.
On this forum, I noticed Talk Talk representatives in the past try and brush you off by not really answering questions, instead they ask you to register on their forums instead, but as I can't receive any emails I cannot register by replying to the reply email they would send out, so I've given up.
Also, their websites forum is not situated prominently enough whenever someone new wants to complain.
Will replace if this is removed.

Its possible that you lose your emails that depends upon the nature of the actual problem .

You seem to miss the point. Your online TalKTalk community website rep requested information from me, but has still not replied on their website to my presentation of that information by me 7 days ago. And since this all started up, I've had to go through this whole charade from the start by asking TalKTalk Representatives on here if they would please ask the TalKTalk online community rep to reply to my posts on their website about my problem, caused by last months TalkTalks email system crash.
And now when I try and message you to get them to reply again, your message box is full once again and won't receive any more messages. Then you tell me in the above post to just go back to the Talk Talk community message board, even though I've supplied you with my TalKTalk community name and email addresses and a link to my messages there , so its easier for you to follow it all up as they once again aren't answering my posts there.
As I said before, if one puts a message on the BT message board one soon gets an answer compared with TalkTalk - see the BT link below, but I'm still finding it hard to find any consistency on the TalkTalk community message board or here. Yours, living in hope though, tweeter.

Also, I can't see in my TalkTalk online phone account all my phone calls individually itemised like in the past - I would like to see them all now to make sure I'm not paying over the odds for individual calls. TalkTalk Company Representative showed up yesterday and today and did not answer my above post #7 but someone else's here yesterday. When messaging them their message box is still full and bouncing our messages back - others have given notice of it on here as well.

Hello again, I noticed a TalkTalk Company Rep turned up here Wednesday and Thursday ignored this post below and then vanished without addressing my continuing struggle to sort my email problems out caused by TalkTalk's recent email system crash.
Hopefully you can get the TalkTalk Company Rep on TT community forum to answer my post today on their forum. Below is the problem I posted on their forum, hoping that unlike last time, as they took well over a week and a half to answer after rep here got in touch with them, using a link I provided in a message to this sites TalkTalk Company rep, otherwise I'd still be waiting. I have noticed that on BT's forum peeps get their problems solved pretty quick and openly advertise it as solved on said forum.
"I did as you required but there is only one space on the personal information page settings which has my Tiscali email address already in with a no 1 in front of it and not a separate space for another email address. As I've also got a Onetel email address and these Onetel emails already come down to my desktop email application unlike the Tiscali ones that used to come down before TalkTalks email system crashed. I tried putting the Onetel email address in the same line as the Tiscali email address and saved it, but when I restarted it and looked for the Onetel email address it had gone, even though the Onetel addressed emails still come down to my desktop email application. Looking around the settings drew a blank as to where the Onetel email message address had been situated all these years."
When I saved my settings as advised, I was ask for a mobile number as well. Later on I found out that their network team uses that mobile number for sorting problems out, and as I don't own a mobile because I'm housebound and in my seventies I don't need one. Does this mean that the network team won't talk to me even though I have a landline number which I pay TalkTalk monthly to use, as this seems unfair.
