    Probably because you haven't submitted meter readings, have used more energy than expected (it's not All You Can Eat) or are on a variable tariff that's increased.

    Ah yes, thank you for this. They've overestimated my usage so I've emailed to put them straight. Hoping that will bring the DD down somewhat.

    I have submitted meter readings but they don't seem to be showing on their system. I have emailed the most recent reading to them to see if that will help. I really don't use much electricity as I am not often home and am a single person with gas heating and cooking.
