No you are not going to be paying this, from your replies i assume you have contacted Aldi head orifice or some sort of customer support drone.
If you can visit the Aldi store you should be able to get them, to cancel there and then if you say the right things, and above all be polite but firm.From the Plain Language Commission:

Stop looking at the links, I am planning on removing them as they are a bit old and less helpful than they were.
Turn instead to the first ten pages or so of this forum and click on all POPLA threads (spot them by the thread headings) and see 2016 examples in progress. You will still see a pattern that you can use for your draft.
And search this parking forum for the keywords 'Aldi POPLA' to find any recent ones that might have relevance or good wording you can nick.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
