I have had a response from Aldi.....
Hi. Thanks for your message. In order to appeal the parking charge you would need to provide proof of purchase in either a bank statement or a receipt. If you paid cash, the Store Manager may be able to reprint a copy of your receipt if you can provide them with enough information to do so. i.e Approximate amount spent, anything that you purchased that day. If you take the parking charge into the store with you, this will give them a rough idea of what time you went through the checkout.
Once you have the receipt you would then need to appeal to :
Parking Management Team
Aldi Stores
Holly Lane
Atherstone
Warwickshire
CV9 2SQ
A member of the Parking Management team will then contact you regarding your appeal.
We hope this helps.
Thanks again.
