Got an email today saying the bill was there (knew that) and that the money would come out on Nov 15 (should have come out on 25th Oct). I'll be watching with a keen eye.

A slightly more complete reply this morning, sadly in Pidgin English:-
In reference to your email i would like to inform you that due to technical problem with BT.com some customers were unable to view their bills. As soon as we become aware of the problem, action were taken to stop Direct Debit payment be taken, however for very small group of customer some payment had already been requested and were processed by their bank. I also would like to inform you that now your bill is available with BT.com.

But they still haven't addressed the fact that my 'bill' is mainly blank entries, with no breakdown. I already knew the amount as it had been taken from my bank!
  • I received an email from BT yesterday telling me to pay the outstanding bill dated 25/10/07 amount or a £7.50 late fee would be charged.....

Suprisingly they did not reply to the message I sent them via the BT site on 28/10/07 asking where my monthly bill was and advising I wouldn't be paying any late penalties, as I had been logging in on a daily basis to see whether the bill was there yet. Funny that the bill appeared when they sent the reminder email, isn't it....
