That's not what your other review seems to indicate

    Your review( name removed)
"Very disappointed with colour on the frame. On the tiny samples I had to chose from I chose sandstone because our patio is sandstone. Cost £10250.00 for 4mx3.5m glass roof. Very expensive but we wanted an elegant veranda to go with our new beautiful sandstone patio. The colour is Mustard yellow, the whole frame looks out of place, it's not elegant, it sticks out like a sore thumb, it looks ugly, cheap and tacky. I have not paid the last £1025.00. Have requested refund. Spoken to managing director - no refund and have been told if I don't pay the last installment, the matter will be pass to their legal team. Was told that the big bag of rubbish would be collected within three days. One week tomorrow and rubbish still waiting. Yesterday the glass roof started leaking. I did check out onlinepolycarbonate.co.uk before going with X . I rather pay £1040.00 if I am not going to have a veranda that looks elegant to compliment our beautiful patio. It would have done the same job i.e. Keep rain off."

No I am not saying they have supplied the wrong colour.
And yes I am saying that the colour I thought I chose is not the colour that is on the glass roof.
If you were given four or five samples of different shades of beige to chose from. You would (any reasonable/sensible person) take them outside to your patio and chose the one that matched your patio, and when the wording says sandstone yellow which is what our slabs are - you would be convinced that you have chosen the right colour.......

There are a lot of sensible people who at ten grand would have gone to view a fitted roof in the colour of their choice.
  • They have no show room. We did view a glass room they erected and it was very elegant. Colour of frame - silver.

I did say showroom, I said fitted.

If you think silver looked elegant and yours tacky, that puts you further at fault for choosing the wrong colour.

you should also read the small print of your contract.
  • Just looking on their website there's a colour wheel on the technical page though can't see it elsewhere. The yellows are VERY yellow!! If that's what you were shown and chose then there's nothing you can do.

They have delivered what you requested.

No, I wouldn't be convinced..sandstone is a natural product that comes in many variations , and yellow means yellow , not beige.

The colour of the patio will change in time as it weathers in any case.
