I heard some good news this morning, my brother in law got a PCN via the post in Jan from Civil Enforcement Ltd for not paying

(this was before I found here)

but I wrote an email for him saying payment machine refused monies as of this week PCN Cancelled

so sometime tho I get it wrong I get it right

I've had a few emails back and forth with the AOS team about breaches that I believed CP Plus had made ,
I had started to think that BPA were just going to take the PPC's side and accept all they said and ignore me, Like" attendants can't cancel tickets so it never happened"
Then this arrived this afternoon...

BPA – xxxx.



Further to my previous email, CP Plus have taken on board your comments regarding the location and will describe in more detail the location in which the tickets are issued.



In view of the above amendment, the Operator has also confirmed the parking charge notice will be cancelled. As appropriate rectification has taken place, I have closed the investigation.

Guess what

CP Plus have sent me an email acknowledging my appeal and asking for the vehicle reg,

have sent them BPA email saying notice cancelled and emailed BPA asking them to sanction or expel CP Plus on grounds of incompetency
