I heard back from BPA they want scans of the NTK and DRP's letters,
I take it this will only help my case as they proved what I have said, so no problem to send I'll also convert the emails I sent to PDF and send them as it also proves that I sent in an appeal unless anyone advises against it0 -
UNLESS you appealed as driver or named the driver with address, just send everything to the BPA and point out the misleading liability words.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon Mad,
I sent the scans and a document with the emails pasted in to it (but in pdf format so it can't be edited) I made a few more comments about misleading titles numerous companies, appealing to one getting reply from second etc....
Then I just received a reply from the land owner, so far expressing sorrow for us having to complain, but need some more info.
gave them what they asked for then about 5 points where I believe CP Plus breached BPA guidelines and the fact that the BPA are now investigating CP Plus's behavoiur.
I reminded them again that they have to power to tell CP Plus to cancel the notice.
maybe some thing might happen, ( hey I'm an optimist)0 -
whilst at work this evening I thought about this again, and realised the location they have said the PCN was issued doesn't exist
they stated New Southern University Hospital
there was a Southern General Hospital
there is now Queen Elizabeth University Hospital
I have added this to the information I sent to the BPA as their CoP said that the location should be clear, and that CP Plus can't have authority for this location eg a contract as no one can own a fictional site,
any help or am I clutching at straws0 -
Ah! The new Suffering General.
My wife used to work at the old Suffering, next to the sewage treatment plant. (yes folks - you heard right. The general hospital used to be very close to a sewage treatment plant, and if the wind was from the right [wrong?] direction then the windows had to remain closed).0 -
I now have a BPA investigation reference number,
kinda expecting a rejection but we'll see,
just in case I have also complained to the CSA about DRP Ltd so far just an automated out of office reply
I am awaiting a paper form from the hospital (land owners)
and have just sent a complaint to the DVLA about CP Plus,
maybe just maybe one will come through0 -

Well done, it is people like you who will get this industry changed:T0 -
Thanks Beamerguy,
and to think had they said "ok sorry" at the start I'd have done nothing, and all over a £40 charge they'll never see0 -
Got a reply from CSA, apparently DRP Ltd are not members, but they are members of BPA
so I've emailed BPA to add them to my complaint, and asked why a debt recovery company is registered with a parking organisation,
Awaiting another letter from them as I've "been warned" that I need to pay by today guess, what not happening0
