Well done on the win Indie.
You got some good bargains there Rose. Shame about not being allowed to give to homeless shelter though.
Hi everyone else.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -
Morning.
It was foggy at the coast when we took GKs to school yesterday Indie. Have some restful days off. Well done on win.
We have day off today from GKs. So all quiet here. I've ordered online shopping for this afternoon. Well done on your bargains Rose. Right place at right time. Totally agree with you about retailers and left over food.
Yesterday when we picked GS up from school he wanted to go to a Garden Centre as it has a soft play area. I picked up a lovely piece of pork there. So I think we will have roast today as haven't had one since Christmas what with DS being vegetarian.
Great news about the start of your DSs Cafe.
Good luck with coursework Wingo.
Very dull and dark here now. Hope everyone has a good and lucky day.0 -

Hi everyone :hello:
Lovely weather day here - dry, mild and sunny on and off -
perfect for carrying on clearing out my shed this afternoon -
still got loads more stuff in there that is need of sorting
through and some bits I need to get rid of.
Was out walking in the forest this morning, stretching
the legs etc - need to get back into walking every day
again now to lose a few pounds put on over Xmas.
Not sure we'll be getting snow at the mo where I am
leanfun - don't think it's cold enough yet - mind you
having said that the white stuff will probably arrive big
time now!!
:T :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Your break just along from Malaga sounds perfect - then
Madeira in the summer - absolute bliss!
 princessmoneysaver - lovely to 'see' you - big
congratulations on your little miracle. :grinheart xx
Very well done rose with all your bargains! :T Know what
you mean though about food wastage/supermarkets! Makes
me so cross!
Was shopping in my local co-op couple of days back and
the woman in front of me in queue had bagged herself some
gorgeous tangerines (selling half price). Well, young boy
put them through the till - and apparently the tangerines
were not allowed to be sold cos they were just one day out
of date!!!
The woman couldn't believe it, neither could I and I felt
so sorry for the lad cos it was his first day working
there.Didn't have any of this sort of red tape/nonsense
back in the day - just had to use common sense!
Well done on your win indie - sorry to hear about the
cyclist incident  - think it's appalling peeps not using
lights, especially in foggy and dangerous conditions!
Hope you caught up with your coursework wingo!
Lovely to hear that the cafe is doing well sheils. :T Hope
your DHs post op hosp appointment went well sylv. :A
Have a lovely and lucky rest of the day all - take care.

Evening, went to pictures today to see Monster calls...wish i hadn't seen it. Both my son and i came away crying.Didn't realise it was about a young boy dealing with his feeling over his dying mother. I won't be watching it again. I popped to Tesco's after and picked up a few bits. Came home to a lovely win.
