Ho Sylvia that sounds very frustrating. Snooty staff really get my hackles up.
Rose you are very organised for Christmas. I've been trying to organise things earlier this year and am making headway but nowhere as organised as you.
We had a lovely day. We went with DS and GD to meet GS from school and bought him a great winter jacket and then we all had a great Italian meal. As they are vegetarians Italian suits all.0 -
 Good morning everyone!
Hope you're all ok.
It's wonderful news fire**fly that you are feeling a lot
stronger now. :j As sylv said, it can give you quite a
scare when you fall, it's completely understandable how
you must be feeling. :A
:santa2: Crikes rose - your are so very organised re
Christmas! I'm ashamed to say that I'm still in gardening
mode!
Yesterday I decided against gardening though cos I
looked at my patio and garden paths etc and decided
they all needed a good sorting out! So out came my
trusty pressure washer and I spent a very happy few
hours having a bloomin' good clean - they look a
whole lot better now.
Thought it best to do them before winter sets in cos
they haven't been done for a while.
I shall resume gardening duties today - got a load
more pruning to do so that should keep me out of
trouble for a few hours!
sylv - I'm the same as leanfun - can't abide snooty
people ... it's also a fair way to go just to be told to
that! Bloomin' cheek.
It sounds like a wonderful day yesterday leanfun -
going with DS and GD to meet GS from school -
ending the day with a scrumptious Italian meal.
I always love eating Italian food - as you say - it
suits all. :T
Well - must get on - got some comps to catch up on
then out to do a bit of gardening.
Have a wonderful day all and take care.

Morning, dull and overcast here at the moment. It has been raining all night so maybe it's run out now..lol. I have some chrissie presents put by but want to get sons birthday out the way first. That's next week can't believe he will be 25..where do the years go?
Hope everyone has a lucky day.0 -
Morning allI don't think the rain has ever stopped here either indie! Lots of puddles everywhere.
It's good that you can still get out in the garden AlfieOurs isn't worth treading out for, I can't even put my washing out so having to put it in dryer.
Fire**fly, it must have been frightening when you had your accident so you're right to take things easy. My sisters always running about wherever she goes but she gets forgetful like, leaving her keys behind somewhere!
Hope you enjoyed your Italian meal leanfun
Fingers crossed they will sort your laptop out today Sylvia!
Rose, you're organised for Xmas so far!
I've had to keep DD2 off school yet again for throwing up bile again. It's tired her out so she's fast asleep in bed now. I'm hoping she's ok by this afternoon as she's starting a new gymnastics club later.
I've got my park vouchers that I've saved for so might start my shopping early nowHave a good day everyone!
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -

Good Morning,
Bit cloudy here. Just deciding how much washing to hang out and how much to put in tumble drier. Got beds to change too but no-one in them so they can wait until I am more organised.
Glad you are getting stronger FF. My mother is dreadful for rushing about and has cracked her ribs etc several times through tripping over things. (or being pulled over by her Lab!)
Enjoy your day indie. I am enjoying just relaxing with lappy. Not sure what DH is doing.
Great you had another lovely holiday in Madeira leanfun. Do you go to the same hotel? A couple down the road go to Madeira, sure they bought some sort of deal from the hotel.
Must get on. Hope everyone is well - catch up with you all later.
