Neighbour was down earlier in a bit of a flap. She had a phone call from her daughter who told her she had a new boyfriend and had been seeing him for about a month. So she invited them for dinner on Sunday. DD then informed her he was vegetarian. She said she has not a clue what to feed him so gave her a recipe for veggie lasagne so she is off to have a practice lol.

I'll be out gardening while the decent weather is
around cos apparently we've got wet stuff arriving at
the weekend.

lol, rose, hope neighbour went on ok with veggy lasagne rose,
one of our DIL's is a vegan & very fussy with her food,
it's a nightmare sometimes trying to find something new/nice that she'll eat!

Morning,suns trying to come out here, and there is a breeze. Looks like it may be a nice day.I often make veggie lasagne rose, just for a change although no one in this house is a vegetarian. I hope your daughters practise went well. I have 3 days off now so time for a catch up with housework and shopping. Hope you all have a lucky day.

Morning everyone. sunny here this morning . Although it is not very warm. Fab looking out though not so good when opening door. Need to sort out tubs as did not do it earlier when I said I would. Thank goodness I do not have a formal garden as the grass would be at my knees by now. Love my tubs as I can take care of them and everyone elses here. Some of my neighbours dont give. I do so sort theirs as well. They buy for themselves and I plant and take care. So I am outdoors they get the benefit but at the end of the day I get the satisfaction.

Never liked any bought veggie lasagne but homemade is good. Our DIL is vegetarian so DS is now and GKs. He's OK but it's a nightmare with the kids.

Had a WEM this morning for a Sanatra show somewhere we can't get to. Lo I need to be a lot more careful entering comps. Mind all over the place lately. Asked them to redraw.

Its wet and windy here today and has been most of the week. Hope its better where you are.

Well done on your win leanfun, shame you can't go but perhaps you will find someone to pass it on to.

Hope you are beginning to feel a lot stronger now firefly and more able to cope. Hope you are remembering to go out to your little zoo a bit earlier now the nights are closing in a bit more.

That's good of you Rose, looking after all the outdoor tubs for your neighbors. At least you dont have to keep looking at others un-tended flowers etc.

Afternoon peeps been out shopping and bought two benefit kits from Boots Chemist. Got cousins discount on them as she Put them through till. Just seen other kit on QVC and bought two of them so more Christmas Pressies sorted only have DS and two GK's to buy for now. Will go out and buy stocking fillers as well for everybody but mostly done now. Quite pleased with myself this year. Not usually this organised. Now what do I buy for myself lol

Glad you are doing the zoo earlier firefly and yest it does give you a scare when you fall so take care.

Had a call to get my laptop so went into Curry's about 5 miles away. Yes it was back but they hadn't put any of my stuff back on so have to go back again tomorrow. I wasn't best pleased as the young lady was quite snotty with me, especially as I had a text at 6pm saying it was now done! and after her saying the man was too busy today to do it.
