I'm not very good at crosswords sadly. But I do like the futoshiki, I find it very satisfying :D Not in a rude way!!

Ooooh! I just LOVE Futoshiki! I love the logic of it.

Have you tried some of the big ones......like the 8 or 9 squares?

6 is the biggest I've done! Should try and do bigger ones, I'm a bit of a beginner with it though.

Be warned! There's nothing worse than spending ages on a 9square and almost getting to the end, then finding you've gone wrong!

I photocopy them blank now, so if I do go wrong, I can start it again without having to rub out loads of squares, plus then I can see where I've gone wrong.

I once reached the final of the national sudoku champions. Also enjoy Futoshiki and one in the Sunday Times called something like Tenotator.

I do crosswords out of a book, but for all other kinds of logic puzzle I prefer to do them online. I use this site (especially the skyscrapers) and this site.

My in-laws take the Daily Wail, so I do the puzzles in that when we go to see them.

Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

    Top Tabloid Tips:

If you're going to have your photograph taken for the newspapers, either don't sit cross legged, or put some socks on your feet/toes.

After taking some time to think about it, youngest has firmed his 1st choice university, Lincoln.

    He's much happier now.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

    Thanks for the links. :)

Anyone else get annoyed that clicking on links forwards you to the link rather than opening it in a new tab?
