One of us is going round the twist - I could have sworn that it's Tuesday morning (*) here in the UK, making it either Monday or Tuesday everywhere else and Christmas Island due to reach Wednesday in about three hours?

(*) it'd better be, otherwise I missed the bin men yesterday :(

Yep, it's definitely Tuesday :) Otherwise I'd have had a frantic call from DD2 yesterday asking why we weren't at her house looking after the DGC after school :D

I do know the feeling, though.

I have found that now I've retired and don't have the five days work, two days off routine it is easy to get the day wrong. I don't watch live TV or listen to radio and I don't have a calendar always visible on my PC.

To aid me, I have a calendar on which I (usually) tick off the days which helps. What would also help is if the bin collections (household and garden) were both on the same day in alternate weeks to give a regular weekly routine but, no, one is Monday, the other Tuesday.

We have so little rubbish that we don't put the bins out every week!

Wondering if there is a business in hiring out empty bin space.

    It's Sunnyday here!

    I see a problem already!

And with our changeable climate, a day could change its name several times in its 24 hours!
