Thanks, it feels odd, normally you see these things in the news and you feel sad but its never quite real there pictures and words or a loss you can't see or feel.

I will admit we aren't best friends and am certainly in outer friends, we have worked on many of the same local fund raisers.

I know life isn't fair but that doesn't mean I accept it.

Not slept well, but my son gave me a big Jenson hug and smile this morining which seems to make life feel much better.

Percy, I'm so sorry to hear that news. As Lydia said, you never need to apologise for discussing such issues here. What has happened in Manchester is horrific and it is only natural that people will want to talk about it, to try to make sense of what has happened.

I'm sorry to hear this. It's all so utterly pointless, random and unfair.:(

I hardly slept last night, I had a constant dream/nightmare. The best way I could explain it was I was allowed to go back to a second before the bomb and move things around to try and save them, then the bomb went off and they died, then I would try again differently and they died, I was just stuck in this loop of trying to fix the unfixable.

In other news we were just about to release a DVD which one of the women helped organise and both the girls are in it, between me and the dance school we are going to donate all the money made to there families, it won't bring them back but it will hopefully help towards many unexpected costs.

The girls really aren't doing to well which is to be expected but they are surrounded by love.

Its out to the press now:

Barely noticeable. First thing it was a little noticeable, but it's mostly gone now I think, unless I move too fast/do something daft.

Last painkillers were ~4am yesterday, didn't take any more yesterday and not had any today.

So I must be all right :)

Percy - I wrote a long post earlier, but it didn't feel right posting it. I am genuinely sorry for your loss though.

Viva, I've sent you a PM, as what I wanted to send you (whilst light hearted) doesn't feel right at this second either.
