    Er, what's that then?
Ok, you're now officially on my ignore list! :p
To be honest, I don't know where Belgium is .... if you showed an outline map and asked me to point to Belgium, I'd wave my finger in the general area of north Europe.
It's very small, so small they had to draw it in the Atlantic with an arrow pointing to its actual location.

My favourite Tintin is Destination Moon. As a kid growing up at the same time as the Apollo programme, that was epic.
    Definitely the best Tintin.
I wasn't that much into Tintin to be honest, my favourites were 'Asterix' and 'Les Tuniques Bleues'.
Did they publish Les Tuniques Bleues in the UK? (Bluecoats)

Wheezy, very good to hear from you!

They are available in English as Bluecoats and in some libraries in the UK, but not mine I'm afraid.

You should always carry a bomb with you in your luggage - odds of there being a bomb in an airport must be 10,000,000:1 so the odds of there being 2 bombs is 100,000,000,000,000:1 or basically nil so as long as you carry a bomb you can be certain there won't be another one.

I wonder what Heathrow security would make of that.

Heathrow was actually pleasant. OH's tactic is to get us into a nice lounge to avoid the shopping temptation that is terminal 5. so champagne tea prior to boarding a very full flight.

    Yes, all well.
Was a bit difficult getting through to some of family and friends yesterday as several were commuting and mobile networks were stretched, but all accounted for.

A very full last couple of days as it was Josh's gig at the Roadmender last night. It went very well and his original composition was well received.

Blooming shattered now though despite a very good night's sleep in a hotel which according to some on Trip Advisor was not very good, it was in fact, very good with a lovely breakfast, lovely staff and a comfortable room...and only £40 for the night including breakfast.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Hope you have a lovely trip! You might know, is there a way of buying lounge access? Esp T5? Would be a nice birthday/ start of holiday treat for my mum...

It's not outside the realms of possibility that I could have been at that metro station in Brussels. When I'm there I travel through it at rush hour. I'm due to travel there next month and I hope I'm still allowed to. I'm happy for others to live their lives as they please, I'd like the same courtesy to be extended to everyone else. Life is tough enough out there without us human beings running around killing each other.

Amex gold card you get some sort of lounge access scheme thang for a year, no fee for first year, loads of cashback in first three months and extra if you asked me to refer you. ;)
    I think....
