OK so respond robustly to that letter, as the keeper. Is it a 'Letter before Claim'?
I believe its the first one before the letter before claim. I have only seen one of these for this charge.
@Anthony94

If you want any help with this one, then drop me a PM.

Thank you so much, I have done so indeed.

UPDATE!

The court have sent me a letter telling me that I will be refered to my nearest county court...I must now await judges instructions( Was hoping by chance they would just leave it. Really wanted to avoid the court stage)

The letters I have sent to UKPC and the debt recovery letters are starting to slowly come back now. They have all instructed the same thing.

"The appeal process is expired so I have to pay £160 or face actions"
or (mainly from UKPC)
"We understand your appeal etc...we can settle this over £60"

What should I do now, send them letters again. I thought this one would of told them to go away. This is really annoying, I have so much going on right now.

Another thing is that they sent picture in their responses. Most of these pictures are so poorly taken the number plate of my car is blurred out

Have you seen this? You might want to bring it to the attention of the management and the Union, (and perhaps the judge).

UKPC are former clampers who have been involved in quite a number of sordid scams, for example

Hull Trading Standards took them to court on 15 counts of fraud. UKPC won all but one, but only because they had a better lawyer, a Q.C. If I recall correctly

Then they had another go, this one is still being investigated

Update. Im still waiting on hearing from the Court about a court date

I have sent letters to UKPC regarding the parking charges they still send me. I got a reply of them rejecting the appeal. Do i carry on sending them appeals again?? I don't want more court cases as the whole process is annoying

Same with Debt recovery's they rejected all letters.

Spoke to soon. I have received a letter explaining the hearing of the claim will take place in JULY. The claimants (UKPC) must pay a fee of £80 by the end of this month. If they fail to do this then it will be struck out.

So this is where I really need you guys help. You help me get this far so now I need to know what to do to prepare. I have never been in a situation like this and haven't got an idea on what to do.

Please reply

You need to re-read bargepole's post linked under 'Small Claim?' in the NEWBIES thread, first and foremost.

Which is what I have already done, many times. He does indicate at this stage to get in contact with the members that helped you and they will provide a skeleton defence....
