    It was a letter from Small Claims Solicitors about a parking ticket I ignored. The one before they claim to send it to court

    OK so respond robustly to that letter, as the keeper. Is it a 'Letter before Claim'?

    No-one's 'digging' however you are telling the OPs to confer via private message as they all have court claims from the same parking company.
    So yes it has everything to do with this OPs thread as Garsantinos is not UKPC

    Incidentally it is not generally a wise idea for OPs to confer in this manner as it has been known in the past that parking companies have posed on the forum as you well know.

    Most people can see right through companies posing on forums, so no worries there.

    People aren't stupid and such posters soon get PPR'd.

    There is much to be said for OPs exchanging pm's about defences and to give each other moral support, whilst also getting help on their own threads.
