you could put them in breadcrumps with cheese and tomatoes then grill
or you could chop them up and make a casserole

Mumzy, were they frozen raw or cooked?
For a casserole, cut into cubes, and either stock would do along with the veg.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -
They were frozen raw. I bought them from market fresh and stuck them in freezer. Took them out to do last nights tea (they were in a pack) and we didnt use them all, so 3 left over.Sealed Pot dec 08 - dec 09 so far £27.67, Live off £4k Spent £330.20 GC £1,200 for 2009 Spent £50.78 PaD so far £650.07Debts: L/woods £154.00 C/One PAID O/D £649.90 Next £299.95 O/D PAID Gas £72.60 Electric £155.73 Mum £640.00 Orange £490.320

well according to what I learned at college, you can use them tomorrow, just don't reheat again,
Would be nice in pasta bake. or carbonara type dish....or with macaroni cheese (or as we have too many spirals,,,,, fusilli cheese!)"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

In that case, you could make them into something and then freeze once they are cooked...I am presuming they are still raw, just defrosted.
Then you could have something totally different for tomorrows tea with the gammon surprise in the wings for another day.
were they salty when cooked, if so, be careful on the stock, as most cubes have added salt.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -
