Right, finally feel I can come on here as I have things to cross.
After the school run I had an hour before meeting some friends at the farm with ds2. And I did..... Not a lot apart from putting a load of washing on! So when I got back the place was a pig sty with all the breakfast things and last nights washing up bits to do! So from 2pm until 4pm I had a productive couple of hours. I haven't even looked at today's list but though I would concentrate on the dailies and my lists from Monday and Tuesday!
So left to do....
HHI .. bit of a catch up!! -will do tonight. Haven't got a
Lot as I have been trying to stay on top of it!
Wednesday - Beast Pits and Spare Ooms!
Clear the floors of gibble!! and vacuum them
Tidy up all the books and games on the shelves
Find 5 things EACH to go live elsewhere.. they have to be your own!!
Extras
Binbag dance!
Sort through the Clothes.. what is outgrown? What is unwearable?Grocery challenge- feb 2015- £133.07/£2500 -

Replaced Dot (4) and Pixies (2) shoes.. both are now the same size!!! (8.5).. Squeak screamed and had a carry on because she hadn't grown so didn't need any. I told her if she eats ALL her dinners she will grow and have new shoes soon.. I'm not sure she was convinced.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

LW, it sound like they just used the wrong part of lens, or they are huge lenses so very little got ground off.. do you wear shop front specs?? my nannas are about 4 inches square! She looks like Mr Magoo!
Hope all goes well for your DS3 btw.:oLW I had the same thing with last pair of varifocals. I took them back and was told it is usual to have the letters as it shows them which your lenses are when they check them. Mine had a s in a circle. I will check my current ones and see if they have anything on them in the morning.LW - you have my sympathy with the glasses. I hate having a mark on mine - apparently some people don't mind dirty glasses.
Biscuit Monster (sorry, can't quote you, I've run out of my quotes quota) They'll have to do something - I've been trying for months to clean off what I thought was a dirty smudge; it is bothering me considerably, and I'm pretty convinced it's contributing to the vile headaches I've been getting. It's the one on the outside edge of the right lens that's the real problem. If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Bossy - hope the vr goes as planned.I attended a job fair but they only had jobs in care, army, Avon and blind selling (window variety not white stick) It took a lot of getting ready only to waste my time.
I had that when I attended a jobs fair a while back. It was all care, university courses, apprenticeships, or things I didn't have a clue about. Only one that was anywhere any good was C0sta but I really can't stand shop type work and after one night working in a pub I know stuff like that is not for me
Pigpen - That's great news about DS3.
Hugs, vibes, sticks & spoons to anyone who wants some.
I spent yesterday baking, tried to fix my sunglasses but they wouldn't stay put and set so I've binned them. I'll use the end of my birthday money to buy some new ones but I bet they won't last 5 years like the ones I've had to throw outI've spent today working and I'm about to fly out to work again.. I am keeping on top of the house, but tomorrow I will need to dust and throw the vacuum around the place. I'm not even going to both with the list :rotfl::rotfl:

Mince and mash for dinner because I'm feeling lazy!
Breadcrumbed fish portions out of the freezer, oven chips and peas here. Now that is lazy!
Get well vibes to Skinty. Thanks for letting us know Pigpen.
DS will transfer to York hospital which is much nearer for us so thats good news. Managed to find him trainers, eventually. Aren't blokes shoe sizes odd? He is anywhere from size 7 to 9.
Tidied round, sorted some washing, changed our duvet cover, swished the duster round the bedroom. Feet up now.0 -
