Amazing really. Does anyone remember the story of someone proving you could sell old rope? They picked some up on the beach and flogged it for a fair amount. Credit wheres its due for even trying! It truly should serve as inspiration to us all. Try anything! If its legal, of course ;)

Remember it vaguely - but I'm actually looking to BUY some "old rope" as we speak ! :rotfl:

anyone using receipt hog, check your app.

i am on level 11 but had a survey this morning for 5 coins for talking about a previous shop although they called it valentines survey.

also if anyone in your household uses receipt hog, link your account to theirs for 40 coins.

Regarding receipt hog.......I am on level 4 and persevering with it. Do the points rack up a bit quicker as you go up the levels? I WILL stick with it as it takes no effort but think its going to take a while before cashout.

I'm on level 4 and finding it all a bit slow too. Yes, I'll stick with it because it's free money, but it's kinda boring!

I'm at my M+D's house this weekend so no money making opportunities (or Bounts walking opportunities really), although I have gone through their recycling bin looking for receipts to scan to receipthog :D

And the David Essex talk - I'm going to see him next week in War of The Worlds :T

So nil to add from me today...although the TSB account I tried to open yesterday seems to have gone through okay. I got an an email last night with an account number so I'll set up the switch as soon as I can and then get £100 31 days later! That'll be a nice March addition!

I wish I could paste screenshots.

if you click on your level it shows you what you can earn extra at each level for levelling up. I wouldnt say it is a fast earner but you can upload 3 different receipts from same place daily.

As I don't use bookieface, I thought this might provide another easy selling avenue. Am always on the lookout for things with less fees!

I've not read the whole thread so sorry if this has been mentioned before.

Preloved - it's free to join and free to list. Don't know if they have a big user base but you could try it and see how it goes. Quidco are currently offering 60p for a new member sign up to Preloved.

Sprinkle.com - visit the site everyday for the chance to win £10 Amazon voucher. I've not won but have read positive comments over on the competitions thread.

Ilovecashback - visit the site everyday to find out if you've won £150. Not seen any posts from winners.
