Thanks guys, I think it was just the icing on the cake so to speak, always something really silly that does it in the end for me.

I have a few naughty In's to declare, technically I didn't pay, mum did, but they are still In's for me. We went to home bargains today and of course I saw a few little bits I wanted. Really didn't need the shower gel, at all, I could provide showers for the whole of the UK with my stash but I'd never seen it before and it's a bit of a novelty scent. The shampoo/conditioner are my favourites and I haven't seen them many places recently. Haven't seen the hair mask or deodorant before either so I thought I'd try them. The hair mask name made me laugh and it smells lovely.

    In's:

V05 give me moisture shampoo & conditioner 400ml
Sleep in rollers sleep with me hair mask
    Jelly belly bubblegum body wash
    White lily roll on deodorant

    X 5 in

Eta oh and I'm back on my sleep In's again from tomorrow. I haven't done them for 3 months and I cleared out my work toiletry bag as it was full of 1/2 used products I didn't want to go off. I've re filled it from my stash so the following items have gone in it and will be in use from tomorrow:

Wilkos mango body butter 200ml (bit old and smells funny so will use on feet)
    TBS satsuma body butter 200ml
    S&G hand food hand cream
    Vaseline active fresh deodorant spray
Vaseline aloe fresh roll on deodorant
W7 cherry lip balm tin (1/2 used and had it a while needs using up)
    Primark face wipes
    Superdrug flirty body spray

Everything else that was still in there is still nearly full (hair refresher spray etc). Nice to be moving items out of stash again, I always enjoy shopping my stash lol.

I hit my goal of ten items this month! :j

    20) Rimmel pressed powder. I threw this away as it really didn't do anything.

I have one in. A bottle of Chanel No 5 which I was given for my birthday. Woo!

    Happy Belated birthday Eyebright!

And I know how you feel Gemzie, things are awful in work at the moment and I'm really struggling to keep going, there's something that should change here at the end of the March but we've been told this a few times and it keeps delaying. I am on an active hunt for a new job!

We were away last month so UU a fair few hotel shower gels and shampoos, also came home with one. We go away quite a lot so have two clear plastic bags that our travel products live in, we've got them to an easily manageable level now.

I also UU a benefit foundation which was exciting. Went to get a new one out this morning and I only had a really mini one which will be over by the end of the week. I thought I had another medium sized one but obviously not - hurrah!

UU a superdrug own anti dandruff shampoo as well. I have no idea if I get dandruff as I've always used head and shoulders as my first shampoo and then a nice one second. Switched to this to save money and for the lack of cruelty to animals and I can honestly say we have noticed no difference - h2b didn't even realise I'd bought something different!

I didn't have any moisturiser in a pot less than 100ml (or an empty pot to decant) so decided I'd buy at the airport. Almost everything was over 100ml though so I wouldn't have been able to bring it back. Had to settle for a boots own, I love the cucumber scent though and will keep it with the holiday toiletries.

Gemzie121, sorry you've been having a bad time of it – I hope it gets better for you soon!

A couple of outs for me to end the month:

UU – Elemis frangipani shower gel. WNB – barely lathered, and had to use loads each time, not very economical. Smelled nice, but I’m glad to be finished with it, and able to use something that foams a bit more!

TA – Clarins Ultra-Matte Rebalancing Lotion. WNBA. Perfect example of not saving for best! This is lovely, and was expensive, but years old now, and just balls up on my skin when anything is put on top of it, def gone off :( My skin isn't as oily as it used to be though, so I can just use normal primers now instead.

I have my final uu's of the month.

Sanctuary Spa Calming Bath Float - this is really lovely but quite expensive at £10, I did get about 6 baths from it though. I already have another in the stash.

Clinique All About Eyes 15ml - this is my favourite eye cream but it is just too expensive so I have replaced it with a Boots sensitive one which was less than £3, I will see how I get on with that before I think about buying anything else.

Had a rubbish month generally, and done rubbish with the PP list too ...

One OUT - I sent back the Garnier BB cream cos it left me feeling as though I had a mask on my face :(
    PP list for Feb:

    Pure Chimp Solid Shampoo Bar
    [STRIKE]OGX Argan Oil Shampoo [/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]OGX Argan Oil Conditioner[/STRIKE]
    Dove Straightening Serum
Good Things Five Minute Facial Face Mask
    Garnier Anti Blemish Foam Wash
    Stella McCartney L.I.L.Y Perfume
    [STRIKE]Leo Bancroft Shine Spray[/STRIKE]

The Solid Shampoo Bar is nearly finished, as is the Foam Wash ...
I really don't know how the Straightening Serum is keeping going.

I used my Lush Soak & Float Shampoo Bar the other day and OMG, it's amazing. Love the smokey scent.

Not been able to get online much this month but have been battling with my PP have only eliminated 6 items but some are getting really low and will be gone in a matter of days.

The best news after finally getting everything sorted is that I have made over £350 selling my excess stuff, still got lots to whittle down but I feel I have made a good start.

I have 2 INS to report, 2 new perfumes, I liked 2 of the new Marc Jacobs scents so hubby treated me as he also got £10 Boots point with each one and he had 10% voucher on his app.

  • i think i need to sign up for this challenge... one of my biggest things is i am constantly buying new skincare products as i'm very self conscious about my breakouts. i know, i know, i need to stick with a product for longer than a few weeks! but i get so impatient when i don't see immediate results! i have yet to find my magical combination to banish adult breakouts.

i went to john lewis and the lady at the origins counter gave me a very relaxing free facial. so i spent £70 on 3 products. naughty!
