Off to bed now after more knitting (and drinking beer - don't know if I should do fair isle and drink beer at the same time hic!)

Just in from college. Need to blow up some balloons. The party bags and game things haven't arrived :( so I'll have to improvise. I have sweeties, and some tubs, that may have to do... There's still tomorrow's post I suppose.

I'm really all over the place and don't know where to start... Maybe I need a list...

So, my "baby" is 7 tomorrow. Birthdays are always a bit emotional here, although I guess we've had plenty of practice now.

Oh and I was run off the road by a ruddy great wagon (into a lay-by) tonight. Bit of a heart in mouth moment. Idiot decided to turn right from the left lane without checking anyone was in the right lane. Foreign plate, left hand drive. Just bl00dy dangerous!

    Aaaaaand breathe....

Oh my goodness, that must have been so scary; thinking of you. I'm so thankful that Pigpen is happy to take the load off you for a while as you have so much on. I'm sure the party will go well; try not to worry x

Good evening all, I am just going to update my list and then head to bed, as I want to get some studying done in the morning before I head to my interview.

Clear a hotspot, is the under sink cupboard ready to topple out on you if the door opens?
Give your DR table a polish and change the tablecloth if needed.
Wipe down the chairs too. Including the legs!
To the cooker - give the hob a good shine!
And the oven too, if you've any steam left!
    Mop a floor or two.
Check over your fridge and cupboards for your next shopping list

Wednesday - Master bedroom and s&s
    Quick shower
    Get ds1 to school
Let the chickens out to roam and feed all animals

Bedroom clearance: clear the floordrobe, tops of drawers, windowsills etc. Then the bed, remove any stray items and strips and remake the bed.
Bedroom unfluffling: dust and deweb all your lovely clear surfaces, and Hoover up all that fluff. Get the nozzle out and tackle your edges, corners, skirting and behind anything you can safely reach. Wipe over light switches and door handles.
S&S the downstairs sink and loo
Shine your kitchen sink and S&S the work tops
    Put a wash on
Make any plans needed for half term - only a couple of weeks away for us!
Mend something - a tear or re-attach buttons or something
