Narco- well done on all the fitness! Is it having the desired effect? Are you doing regular weigh ins to see progress? I'm quite sad and like the little graphs!
Well this morning was disappointing; I got on the scales on Mon and it looked like 2lb down from last week, but I'm trying to stick to Wed am weigh-in and it was back to last week's weight. Sulking but logic (and a biology degree) tells me that a) it will fluctuate and b) I'm less concerned by the number than the way clothes fit - it's just that the number is a handier measure!!
Had thought about trying the 'new' gym zumba today, but I should really have a determined day's paperwork and flying as I'm getting very easily distracted these days and probably don't work as many hours as it seems. Need to return to Mindfulness (still haven't finished the course; now I think about it, that did keep me on track and better at focussing for a long time).

Morning ladies! The limestone wall is 90% finished and looks amazing :T The poor builders have worked tirelessly during this awful weather and the end result is superb. I've been keeping them fuelled with bacon sarnies, coffee and cake in between downpours. They are currently hiding as the rain is hurling it down....again.
One of my surveyors is due today to go through some of the restoration work needed, so I've whizzed round stuffing toys in boxes and cupboards and have just shut the door on my SS's room  Another part of the upstairs bathroom ceiling fell down yesterday  I think due to the dehumidifiers downstairs, which has added to my general joy, but I am tasked with researching new shower room sanitary ware and tiles today, so spending time doing online research which is nice. So tired as this week I've not been sleeping well as keep having disturbing dreams (some quite upsetting) which I know is a result of everything that's going on, but still is impacting on my days.
Sorry to be continually whingeing - and thank you to anyone who reads my blithering0 -

Dizzy golly after all you've been through, who wouldn't be whingeing? As Pigpen said, focus on the new stuff and enjoy the shopping!Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0

Please don't think that even for a second - you are not continually whingeing! It helps to get it off your chest - I know that - so feel free to offload here.
Back from GP - had to wait 40 minutes to be seen but she was good. She's recommended a really useful CD for 7-11 breathing/mindfulness which is just what I need as my poor head is like the M25 with all sorts of random thoughts/songs/gibbley carp spinning round and round and I do need to be able to find some space for me in there. Sorry, probably sound like a hippy, but anyone who has done mindfulness will know what I mean. Whilst out I almost got drawn into getting a new phone as really good offers on but gave myself a reality check and hotfooted it out of there sharpish.
Plan for this afternoon after lunch is to get flying. I need to get a bit motivated as feeling a bit bleugh at the moment but I find if I just get on with it the motivation comes. First thing is some lunch and then I'll get going ... promise.Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -

Just over half hour - washed up last nights and today's dishes, left to drain. Cleaned sides (2 of 4) put recycling into bins. cleaned light switch - noticed how filthy it was when holding cloth and spray so done. Dining table and mats cleaned and dried. Cloths left in bleach and powder solution in boiling water, will put into mc to rinse and spin later. Tea made - using up a xmas selection ginger, cinamon and other spices, not too bad. Have set the time for 15mins to give me time to report here and read as much as I can to catch up then will set about another HHC. Cannot believe how little I achieved although it does look a lot nicer and clear for diner tonight. Couldn't cross off anything on the list but that's my fault for not keeping up.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb
