Listened to the relaxation MP3 whilst lying on the sofa with Whiz - had a lovely relaxing hour snuggled up with him and drifted off to sleep for a bit and my head is feeling clearer now.

Now especially for LameWolf or anyone else who likes dogs, here's a picture of my 2 babies - Pip and Whiz. Pip had rolled in stinky poo just before but she maintains it's very high class perfume!



Flying wise, done a load in the WM and sorted out some drawers - got rid of 20 things easy as you like. Now having a cuppa before heading off to get S from school.

Last update for today. Second half hour - put wm on, cleared drainer. Upstairs cleaned one loo, changed bed, picked up clothes discarded for charity shop as rags and put into bag, tied and now by the front door. Will deliver tomorrow. still not found enough floor space upstairs to hoover so having had a rest and caught up with the thread will get back to it.
Things to do before 6pm.....
Change second bed,
Put second wash on - teatowels so can get to sink
HHI hopefully will then find floor - ironing is done in bedroom.
Make dinner.

I'm still working on half hour jobs and then half hour to myself through the day and it seems to be getting stuff done and out of the way. I feel calmer about everything as well atm.

Then the bed, strips and remake the bed.

Hi all,

My usual day to get stuff done is today. Cue me falling asleep at ten o'clock this morning for three hours ( I never ever do this). So dog hasn't had her usual long Wednesday walk and is sulking. I had my lunch when I woke up, then it was time to go down to school as I had volunteered to listen to children read. Now I'm off to take children to swimming lessons. Arghhhh.

Dizzy big hugs and enjoy the shipping and the thought of the end result.

Made a start on the second cardigan this afternoon.. listed some lovely items to sell, sorted an order, paid a bill and am now going to do something which might actually make a visible difference in the house..

I don't have a diary this year.. the first year since I was about 8 Ipve not had one.. I'm so disorganised!

Progress - Christmas decorations now in loft. 3 pairs of gloves that have been awaiting repair for over 6 months now repaired. And, the sewing machine repair guy has just phoned to say he'll be dropping it off tonight (Broke it in October trying to make an insulated curtain for the kitchen door!)

Yayy. Also, on last tax return. Client came round with what is hopefully final info.

Going to cook - Veal strogannof, and Haggis stuffed beef olives. I have a tin of condensed mushroom soup to use as the base for both. Should do at least 3 meals for 2.

Then I'm having an early night!

Pip and whizz look lovely.
Dd1 has a lovely blue staffy, she is such a cutie.
Dd2 has a rescue mixed breed huge brindle with some sort of staffy in him, problem is he's as soft as putty and thinks he's a lap dog it's quite funny when he tries to sit on people's knees on the settee.

Had an afternoon with the sewing machine making patchwork, I'm going to start tea now, spinach and mushroom lasagne for us and ds1 would like tuna lasagne as I've not made him that for ages.

Ds2 and a friend are cooking pasta as they couldn't wait.

House isn't looking too shabby, just got a sink full of pots to tackle and the stairs need a quick run over with the dyson.

Apologies for absence yesterday; I had a rotten migraine, so stayed away from screens.

Pip & Whiz are absolutely beautiful; I know what you mean about the "poo perfume" Mumof2.:D

I need something throwing at me, or a boot up the bum or something - I am really not keeping up with my tasks as well as I should.

Anyways, Mr LW has just got in from work; the HM pizza will be ready in about 8 mins, so I'd better put the netbook away and find some eating irons!:D
