Upstairs windows cleaned, second of two washloads in machine, dogs walked, hoovered quickly through and sorted rubbish and recycling.

    Paid stuff now.
Spend less now, work less later.

    Morning all

Dizzy - Keep off loading here, it will help *hug*
    CY - thinking of you
    Mumof2 - Lovely doggies.
Lynne - Thanks, I think it did but we'll have to wait and see if it works when I go out for longer than an hour.
Bossy - Glad the party went well & good luck with the dentist!
Narco - I have a similar problem with MFP. I'm surprised that sometimes the "healthier" option is more calories/salt/sugar/carbs than the "unhealthy" option.
    MMM - *hugs*

Hugs, vibes, sticks, spoons and wishes as appropriate to all. :)

Yesterday I was working again but was having a slow brain day so everything took what felt like forever to sort out. I did manage to get all the washing caught up with, and DD washed up before bed. I also updated my calender I print myself with all my work dates up to the end of November, and all the school dates through to June as I know there's things still to be allocated to dates in July. I printed it out until the end of April, then sat and wrote in things in my colour coding. I'm feeling a little bit less hectic now but not much. I was then finally able to sort out the dates I needed for the newsletters and get them written. This morning I need to print then label them, put them in the bags and put the books out. I'll have to get a head start on the next lot as those are due to go out half term week and I don't want a repeat of this week! Think I'll leave that until next week though as I need to do form stamping/cutting as well.

I got Zack his battery operated ball out to keep him entertained today (it wobbles around on its own), got the box of batteries out and discovered about a dozen have started leaking  Sorted through the box and got all the one from the same pack together plus any expiring very soon and put them in a bag to take to the recycling point next time I go to Mr A/Al. I'm not risking leaving them in there.

I best get moving now as I'd like to get the books out before the rain and then get the ironing cleared. DD needs a blouse for tomorrow. I'd like to get more done but we'll have to wait and see.

Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

CY thinking of you today xx

Lovely day here; need to get on with some paid stuff but keep being distracted looking on the internet so need to focus my mind on earning some £s rather than spending them (which I've managed not to)! Got Agility with Whiz this pm so will be trying to work and fly this morning. J home this evening and like to try to get the house looking half way decent so he doesn't think I've been going on the internet and knitting all week (which I have - bad bad me). I also need to take the all important photos on my phone ready for Relate tomorrow afternoon which is the one I go to without J.

Signing off now; will report on progress later.

Narco dont be too hard on yourself. This is one of my traits, comes with the anxiety I think, hope today is a better day for you.

Thanks. Feeling better today as scales tell me I have lost that 2lb I thought; yesterday must have been a glitch. I should know better than to take one day as typical.

Not going to be stressed about amz0n who sent me a voucher for a free Kindle book, but when I ordered there was nowhere to enter the code so it just charged me!!! But I've emailed them so that's done.

Finished a report and sent it at silly o clock, and well through another.

DW on. About to have HHC in the room of doom (study of course).

Good morning ladies - I'm feeling much better today and thank you all for putting up with my doom and gloom yesterday. Loves ya all :kisses3:

Narrowed down our choice for replacement flooring throughout the ground floor and have agreed on a style of sanitary ware for the shower room. Remarkably, I've managed to keep within budget! Surveyor came round to take a few measurements yesterday and we had a chat about some other bits that weren't immediately obvious (and some that are - bathroom ceiling springs to mind (or falls on your head :rotfl:) )

    Looking at front doors now...

Oh me too! I get incredibly anxious sometimes and mentally beat myself up and make myself feel worthless. I used to hate myself - I don't love myself but think I may like myself a little bit now. I've had it explained to me that our brain feeds off all the negative stuff we put in there so we need to try to put good stuff in instead .... easier said than done sometimes but baby steps! Gotta love CBT.

Only stopped typing to answer an email so picked up another job so now straight back to typing again - honest guv :A

Good hospital vibes for you CY we're all rooting for you xxx

Was going to have a moan about my numb mouth but I'll shut up xxx

I've got some washing out blowing and another load in, but dentist said to relax for a couple of hours so I'm laid on the bed with sun streaming in my grubby windows :o

Have a conference call at 12:30 - just listening for me - so I'll put that on speakerphone while I make my stepdad some lunch - he's repointing next doors brickwork. I think I'm not eating today... But I really want a cup of tea. Best wait till later...

Thinking of CY hope it is going well x

I have spent 2 hours cleaning my bathroom. Not sure how it got so bad as I do a mini clean everyday. Mould bleached, tiles scrubbed, floor cleaned. Containers cleaned. Shower screen washed. Toilet polished after sticking my hand in hard to reach places around the unbend (rubber gloves needed). Windows washed.

    Kitchen plugsholes bleached

    More towels washed
  • Out this morn, had lunch so will go back to continue attack on master bedroom. Began yesterday but so much sorting is needed before I can find any floor or chest tops to clean. WM has just finished, will put this load on the line, strip bed and put wash on.

  • Hi ladies, I have been reading every day although don't seem to have found any time to post. We are moving house soon so I've been decluttering like a woman possessed!

Two big items have been sold and are being collected today, no point moving them to the new place when we don't need them. Just dropped two bags of oddments at the chazza. Nothing is sticking in my mind properly at the moment so I'll just leave a big pile of sticks, spoons, hugs and cuppas - help yourselves ladies xx
