People are kind of stunned, yes lol.

TD on again.. towels need popping in to air next then they can go in the cupboard.. next 2 loads in DW refilled again, worksurfaces wiped.. it almost looks grotty now rather than a toxic waste dump in a launderette.

OH can sort girls into their jims while I play Widow Twanky in the kitchen!

  • Pigpen I am wearing big fluffy welly socks pulled up over my skinny jeans - and slippers. I look like a slightly demented bag lady. I did have wellies on earlier I promise.

Soaking my gel nails off on one hand so typing is slow. What have I done today? All I know is that I have been doing something.

Looking forward to some good news from CY.

LW your visitors are just gorgeous - and I'm sending you (((hugs))) too.

    Pigpen bet you look stunning!

Bossy how's your poor mouth now?

Fab lesson at Agility; Whiz did me proud - 7 jumps and through the tunnel with only 1 mistake. Love him. Just washed up and cleaned the kitchen sink and Z is now upstairs getting ready for Scouts (ie putting on make up *sigh*). Teenagers eh.

    Ah well done Whiz!

I actually felt heaps better after I sipped half a cup of tea - what is it about tea that can do that? :D

Mum rang and offered to come round for the school run, but we had to go out for football anyway (she'd never find it) so I said I'd just pull my socks up and crack on. Glad I did, felt better for the walk, and not dwelling on it.

Also managed a cupasoup and some birthday cake, minus the icing ;) and I'm having some banana now. So I'd say it's about where it should be. Going to take the painkillers for a couple of days though, and I need to start the salt water rinse after 24hrs.

So I think tomorrow I need to get my cleaning hat on and try catch up. Am also going to do some flinging.

Early night for me I think.

Hope CY's surgery was a success and she's well enough to update us soon xx

Have not had a good day today - only managed to get a couple of loads of washing done from the list. I did do a big clear out of the garage though so that's something good.

I'm off on a girls weekend now so leaving DH in charge of the house and kids. I hope they will be alright

This time of year I'm practically living in a dark pink furry onesie that I got in Sa1nsbury last year for a fiver. Would be cute if I was 50 yrs younger.........I do change when I see students and go to uni though; we don't have a staff dress code, but I think it would raise a few eyebrows.....
