    Do you sell car stereos?

No- but the product is essentially immaterial changing your mind about a purchase is completely different to using then returning it

The item is now secondhand and cannot be resold as new, regardless of condition. I wonder how the OP would react if he did negotiate a replacement, and they offered him one that had already been installed in someone else's car 'but only for 8 days sir!'?

I can see the thread now,

''My new item isn't new, I'm not happy''

I love the double standards of the chancers

The product is immeasurably relevant. You cannot, for example, compare a car stereos to your weekly shop from Ocado.

  • Almost every decent reputable retailer will do just that.

Care to name a few who will show me a working oven or fridge/freezer? What about something simpler like a food mixer? Demonstrate how fast a kettle boils a litre of water?

Name all these decent retailers please.
