What also must be tackled is the farce of the so-called "independent" appeals services. They should have the same set-up and integrity as the ones used by councils and not the kangaroo court model of the IPC.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

On the question of appeals, this looks hopeful:-
