Again, why? It's up to her what she does. there's no requirement for her to do so even if that was the reason.0 -

Not if she's moving into supported housing or a hostel. No overnight visitors are allowed.0 -
There may be some benefits available for you if you have to leave home whether you live alone or with your girl friend.
Since you do not have all the information needed to give accurate advice your best option is to use a benefits calculator once you have alll the required information.
You can use the benefits calculator on https://www.entitledto.co.uk for the two different scenarios - living alone or living with your girl friend.
If you live with your girl friend then you would be treated as a couple so all her earnings/benefits/savings would be used in any calculation for benefits so you would need this information before you use the entitledto link.
I do not wish to pry but you appear to be on a fairly low wage at the moment and your girl friend is getting some support from social services too. Moving out from your parent's home is a big step financially and you need to make careful plans to make sure that you can cope both with money and supporting your girl friend.
Please don't make any hasty decisions about living with your girl friend just to get a roof over your head. What are her circumstances? Is she working/claiming benefits? Your moving in will impact on her finances too and possibly her support system.
Is there no chance that you can repair the relationship with your family?0 -
i live in east london
so i need more then 30 hours to claim it?0 -

you need 30 hours minimum to claim working tax credits, but it all depends on your situation.
whether you live alone or with your girlfriend.
as far as help with rent goes, you may get a little, but it wont be much as you would only be entitled to help of the cost of shared accommodation and your earnings will be taken into consideration.
it all depends if you move as a single person or part of a couple0 -
i have to really look into this0

maybe you should try to make amends with your mum .....0
