Hi everyone im not really clued on with these sort of stuff just would like some advise on whats the best cause of action for me my mum had told me she wants me to leave the house by the end of feb for reasons i would not like to go into
so what are my options to find a accommodation should i just sign my name on for a council flat even though i will be on the bottom of the list or just look for private rent? im 25 years old i work part time should i get a letter from my mum that she kicked me out or should i do something else

In most areas you would be waiting years for a council property, no harm in asking though, especially if you're not picky as to where you live.
Is there anyone you could lodge or houseshare with? Are you looking for full time work? Your entitlement to housing benefit/ LHA will be based on the shared accommodation rate, you can find this on your local authority website. Note that will be the maximum amount, your earnings may reduce what you receive.0 -
As you work part time, I'm not sure you would be able to afford private rent on your own. You could look at getting a room in a house share. There are often such houses for young professionals. Alternatively are there are friends that would rent somewhere with you or that yu could rent a room from?0

How many hours do you work? What do you earn?
Are you looking for full time work?
Or do you have any illness/disability that prevents you from working full time?0 -

If you could try upping your hours to 30 you could possibly claim tax credits but it's based on income.
And its age dependant....."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -
