    120hrs would also be 4 weekly, rather than monthly. 4 weekly pay would also be £804. NMW is £6.70 rather than £6.

    25 years old i use to get 550 when i was working 20 something hours but in the last months i managed to get 30 hours of part time work which i get 850 from

    Massive assumptions here: If your girlfriend was the reason your mum's kicking you out she ought to accommodate you for standing by her

    Sharing with anybody could be more efficient with council tax etc

    I suggest getting accurate information on everything so people can help you properly. Otherwise the information won't be accurate.

    That makes no sense. What if they've been together five minutes, but mum took an instant dislike to her? She should accommodate him?

    It is a massive assumption, considering mum is giving him almost a month and a half to vacate (aka not a knee jerk 'get out') but it's also absolutely no reason to accommodate anyone...
