It’ll be a once in a lifetime if it happens Beanie - I half love the idea but am a little anxious as I’ve not got a confidence clothes style wise - LOL no idea where my dd gets her dress sense to be a designer from - it skipped me obviously and all headed her way.
A lot of hurdles to cross before it happens but at the moment I just need something to dream about :o it is a definite possibility though. Can’t remember the last time I went abroad.

That’s what appeals INOD -dh is the worse EVER at making decisions - we will just get taken to a different place everyday. No stress - that’s the theory anyway. I’ve just got to get myself into a shape that can fit into clothes 😳😂 I either fit in at the shoulders and can’t fasten tummy or fasten tummy and shoulders fall off :o

Good day at work with my new charge....had me in stitches and kept me on my toes :rotfl:

Food wise all good....I want to make it 4 losses in a row

Well done on the weight loss milann - keep it up! I've put half a pound on this week - you've reminded me to record it on my diary!:(

And I'm so pleased that you're enjoying yourself at work with your little charge!

I'm thinking of a cruise too - if I go it'll be the first I've ever been on.

Well done on the weight loss, you're doing really well :) Nothing better than an incentive like a cruise to spur you on.

Yes I’ve heard good reports about cruises - it’s looking likely that’ll be what we do.
Feeling a tad sad after spending an hour on the phone to friend who’s hubby had the stroke. Can’t believe it’s nearly 5 weeks since it happened and there’s no sign of improvement. They have some hard decisions to make about his future. He’s probably going into a care home as his wife is in her 70s and deteriorating in health. She is reluctant to go down this route but deep down knows she can’t manage long term with him at home - even with carers. Breaks my heart. Life is just so cruel. Made me realise you have to live life and make the best of every day.

My throat has been so sore since I was poorly last week - my voice gave up yesterday and I’m fluctuating between sounding like a mouse and a frog croaking.....if it carries on much longer I’ll try and get an appointment. I’m guessing I’ve scratched/strained it and it’s become infected. All my lips have peeled and are sore too....

Spent £23 in Aldi on Tuesday and 2 NSDs

My friend phoned last night asking if I wanted to go to a show in big town on Saturday - I’d seen it advertised ages ago but wouldn’t buy the tickets in case I was in hospital and I just assumed it would have sold out. The Motown Story - I’m so excited as I fancied it when it was in London....my sort of music. It’s a matinee but I’m happy with that - we will probably go out for tea and a drink later. So that won’t be a NSD

SW wise - so far so good this week. I made a BIG pan of corned beef stew last night - not had it for ages and it just hit the spot - nice and easy to eat with my throat and not too many syns- had it 2 nights running. Hope I make it 4 losses in a row this week ;)
