milann said:My get up and go has got up and gone today and I feel really tired. The chairs are no further on. I’ve had a couple of chats with friends a real life one I’ve had since I was 11 and a MSE now real life friend. I have put a wash in and put it away so not a totally wasted day.
I’ve had a chicken in the slow cooker with fennel, lemon, garlic and a satsuma. It’s delicious if I say so myself. I’ll do some actifry potatoes and broccoli with it and take chicken butties for a picnic near the hospital tomorrow 😁

That’s gorgeous OBL. We have quite a few pots of tester paints already which we use on the railway things. I’m going to see what colours we have. Pink and purple are the requested colours 😂😂January spends - £587.581

I’ve been to the hospital about an hour away today with my arm.....not that I could go without it 😳😂😂 The professor who did the op is absolute lovely. I had X-rays and it’s looking ok but he has done bloods to rule anything else out. He is wondering if there’s any lingering infection after the stomach perforation affecting the elbow or most probably it’s because I’ve had to come off the anti inflammatory meds I was on. He is going to ring me with the results. We had a walk and sandwich near the hospital it’s not very far but up and done some steps near a beautiful waterfall. I’ve done less than 6000 steps but I usually walk on the flat so boy do I know about it. Feel as if I’ve been kicked about my middle and hip.We went there via the motorway but came home the scenic route....we passed llamas and an ostrich in fields and some beautiful countryside. It feels as if we’ve had a day out 👍January spends - £587.580
