Your kitchen is beautiful, well worth all the chaos. The little village is so sweet.

Thanks. It was worth it in the end. The best bit is the accessibility to the downstairs loo 😄

Said loo is currently full of junk Beanie 😂😂😂😂 lots of off cuts of wood and old tv dumped on the side  - hasn’t taken long 🙄🙄😂😂
I’ve still got a few bits to find homes for from the bedrooms but the majority of it is sorted. We were laughing yesterday saying it feels as though we’re just shuffling things from one room to another 🙄🙄🙄 I’ve had a lazy day on my own as I needed a relaxed day to get my head together and rest as I was very tired last night. Had a few busy days sorting though.

  • Your kitchen is great milann - well worth the wait ( I have to say snap with the tiles - I have the same too!  Great minds eh!😀)
And I love your garden - what a cheery, happy area it is!  Must make you smile every time you go out there!😀
Glad to hear you had a lazy day.

I love the lights. We keep the fairy lights on the top of the fence up all year.....just bring the Christmas shaped ones in. We keep the blinds open on the patio doors so we can see them from inside. I love looking at folks lights on the walls of their houses but the people can’t see them from inside their own homes. Whereas I see ours every day 🎄👍

I bought a salmon in Morrison’s at weekend. It was £12.60 with my discount for working in school 👍 Dh has just skinned it and I’ve portioned it and frozen it. I got 12 decent pieces...so £1.05 each. The fishmongers hacked it though and they left the bones/ head in the pack. There was so much flesh left on the bones and I had to get tweezers to remove all the pin bones from the sides of salmon. How they can call themselves fishmongers is beyond me. If I get a salmon from the market a tram ride away they take all the pin bones out.....won’t be venturing on the tram for a while yet. It would have made a lovely fish stock though but it would have stunk the house out so it went in the bin which goes against the grain but I really couldn’t cope with the fishy smell 😱😱
