That's a bit of a turnaround, I think you should be guided by your own gp rather than a list . Good to hear you got out for another walk this evening .

Your ponds sound like a lovely place to go for a walk with the geese. I only see dogs and squirrels on my park walks🐕🐿.

I would speak to your GP about going in to school as the head isn't allowed to give advice. At my school some staff are doing office work or cleaning resources rather than working with children.

Both myself and Dh have read the email through a couple of times and it definitely looks as though I need to be available to  work or take unpaid leave....it’s linked to various government guidelines and website. Realistically I don’t actually think I’ll be in very often as there aren’t many children in. I will try and ring the doctors surgery tomorrow but I won’t hold my breath as I probably won’t get through. I’ll just follow recommendations about social distancing.

I emailed work and the head suggested I might be covered in one of the sections and to check it out. I phoned the GP surgery and explained and they said they’d get back which they did. I was right - my understanding of the info doesn’t cover my condition for a GP letter - so I left it in works hands and will go in if requested or work at home. Can’t say I’m relishing the idea of going in.....it’ll be very different.
I’ve hoovered and cleaned the inside of both cars today. They were a disgrace. It took me ages - hats off to the car wash people who make it look so easy. I can’t remember the last time I cleaned the car myself - probably when the children were smaller on a sunny day 😂😂 and it was just an excuse for them to get the hosepipe out 😂.....and it was October half term when I last had my car done at the car wash.....dh can’t remember taking his to have the inside done at all 😳

  • Well done for washing the car Milann :). I hope you hear from school whether you'll have to go in or not, it is a weird atmosphere with so few children.

I haven’t heard back from work officially but we have a group chat page and somebody has put a rota up and there are no support staff in so.I’m quite pleased about that. From what I gather it’s the same as this most of the time.
I did some shopping and went to do some general housey  jobs at relatives yesterday. We stay 6 ft apart 🚶🏼      🧑🏻‍🦽      🚶🏻‍♂️  I also put some wildflower seeds on an area of the garden that is difficult for them to access. We cleared it at the latter end of last year in readiness for doing this - we are later than we really wanted to be. It’ll be interesting to see how it takes and will hopefully be better than the usual weeds and brambles that grow there. It should need strimming once a year after it has seeded itself....which I’m happy to do for them.
I watched Phantom of The Opera yesterday - it’s the first time I’ve ever seen it. I’m quite gutted we didn’t get to see it in the theatre as planned next month....but it’ll be shown again and we can watch it safely when the time is right.
On that note stay safe everyone.

Just been on a walk but it was a bit warm for me - I prefer going later in the day when it’s cooled down a bit....but  I bumped into a very good friend and her hubby - we had quite a nice social distant chat. I haven’t seen her since I was off work with my arm - made me realise how much I miss just generally chatting and being around people. We take so much for granted.....hopefully when we are over all of this we will appreciate just who and what we have that little bit more.
