Does anyone know whether the Scottish produce items are available in any stores outside of Scotland? I'd love to try theirs Mackies equivalent ice cream and deep fried haggis and black pudding.

There's usually Haggis around Burns Night, but that's about it.

Despite the surname, I'm Welsh and live in the North of England. We had the Mackies equivalent ice-cream in our County Durham Aldi store, not seen the deep fried haggis.
I have seen standard black pudding slices in Aldi many times but I suspect that's not what you are after.

Black pudding in batter, I had no idea...
Lots of lovely stuff there that I wish we had, but the Strachan's Vanilla and Honeycomb ice-creams plus some cheeses are all that I've seen here.

    In the 'Scottish week'

The Glen Lochty Extra Mature Cheddar is good, I get it all the time, aswell as the Butteries, they are really good value at 69p for 4.
The frying steak is lean and tasty as are the pork loin steaks
  • Lidl creme brulee ice cream.

Now I understand how people could scoff ice cream straightout of the tub.:

I made a complaint on Twitter yesterday about the Snackrite range. All of there crisps lately including stuff like the 'Delight Bites' and other sub-strands have basically little to no flavour on them.

This isn't a batch issue as it has been happening for months now and across different types of crisps. The crisps now just taste like potato with very little salt and flavour to them. The Delight Bites are vile as they taste like cardboard without taste to disguise the healthy nature of them.

Try the cheese and onion crisps (multipacks) for 75p. Strong flavoured but not to everyone's taste.
