im a newbie to aldi tbh. I go in first thing any snaffle any half price goodies, so have tried a variety of thigs so far!! worst things were gourmet burgers...tasteless and leeks no flavour either!! mince is to die for and seems less fatty than elsewhere too. I base my meals around what I get from there and seem to be making my money stretch further too!0

Looking in the pet specials this week I found some doggy treats.
8 Hot Dog sausages (individually wrapped) marked 'Not Fit for Human Consumption.'
Price?????
£2.99 !!!!I don't like morning people. Or mornings. Or people.0 -
I got some of the Lidl Snack Cucumbers last week - I'd been curious as to what they were like, and when they were on special, I got some.
Not that keen on the cucumbers as they come, but I found that putting them in the Gherkin jar pickles them within a couple of days. You can choose the balance between fresh/pickled by how long you leave them in.0 -

The Orange Zero pop appears to have changed receipe. It tasted like Fanta zero before and was quite thick in texture but now has thinned and is made of orange squash essentially but with fizz. Horrible!0

Has anyone managed to get hold of the new Halloumi fries from Aldi? I have been looking in various stores close to me for the last two weeks, but no joy;)
I asked this morning after another fruitless attempt, and was told that they can not keep them in the freezer,- they are selling out on the first day. Customers are also limited to two bags at the moment:eek:0 -
