    I bought some fresh cherries in Lidl today. They had 2 lots, English variety prepacked and Turkish variety loose. I bought some of each.

    The English were fatter and juicier but the Turkish had more flavour. Both were very nice though and at ~ £5 kg very good value.

    Back in the spring Lidl were selling Cien kids hand wash strawberry laces and cola bottles 500ml for 75p. This was very popular in my house but have not seen it since. Has anyone else seen it reappear? Also was a bargain as double the size and cheaper than the Carex version.

    I think I am addicted to Aldi's rice crispies. They are just so convenient to grab when a snack is required!

    Bonnie pup needed a new collar yest, and I was going to pop to Pets at Home after Aldi.Unbelievably they had the exact red spotted collar n lead set in ALDI at half the price 😁😁I do love those middle aisles ;)

    I wonder if Aldi & Lidl will ever apply technology to the middle-aisle experience to help customers get even more.

    Things like:-

    - Long term calendar for regular themes and returning items.

    - Click & collect

    - Item requests

    Many (all?) of Aldi's middle aisle offers are also available online. Free (& quick) delivery & free returns.

    If it's what I saw at the weekend it was higher fat content than some but still low.
