Please correct if wrong.
You are not wrong but the OP seems to post then ignore advice .0 -
This OP also keeps sending PMs for help, even when people receiving those PMs have signatures expressly stating that help will not be given by PM, and even when PM replies have been given to ask the OP to stop.

I think the OP burnt their bridges on other threads where they just abused members that tried to help.
Dumping that profile, an attitude transplant and coming back, reformed, on a new profile could be the way to go.0 -

OP please explain?
Looks like a sticker on a rear window to me.0 -
Section 12 (3) of the Act they are quoting, refers to "uncollected goods".
The goods in question must be in the possession or under control of the Bailee. This is used mainly for goods that are left uncollected after repair, so that they can be sold to cover the cost of repair/storage.
I can't see how they can apply this Act to parking.
I would have a word with Trading Standards.0 -
I would have a word with Trading Standards.
+1
There is a lot of comment about fighting LPS after your goods have been taken away. Why not pre-empt this if you have good reason to be there and apply to the courts for an injunction to prevent LPS or anyone acting for the landowner from seizing your goods.

Or just move the vehicle ?0

Oh yes, I seem to have three such emails in my inbox. While I don't have a signature saying I won't answer, I don't see why any poster can't ask such questions openly. Only when you get to the nitty gritty that you may want hidden from the prying PPCs do you need to go into private messages. This OP also keeps sending PMs for help, even when people receiving those PMs have signatures expressly stating that help will not be given by PM, and even when PM replies have been given to ask the OP to stop.0 -

I will send you another PM if you want?

A quick Google shows DCH to have a forecourt in Warrington.
Could you clarify please as there are different rules when offering vehicles for sale from public highways
What do you think? I own the car so don't be so bloody nosy what is the sticker on the car is used for. It didn't really matter what it is used for or where I got it from.Section 12 (3) of the Act they are quoting, refers to "uncollected goods".

I have moved my car from the private car park to the public road so I wonder if I am in the safe hands to stop the PPC to tow my car or they can still tow my car away?
I am thinking the same, how I can find out what is the phone number for me to contact Trading Standards? I live in Dover, Kent.angel_of_dartford wrote: »Or just move the vehicle ?
I have already did so I hope they are happy with it and I hope they shut their mouth to save me from harassment.Theres fuzzy talk about a committee and everything else appears to be going round in circles.
Who owns the land? and what rights or permissions does the OP have to park there? and what is this committee?
I get the feeling that that there may be some animosity between this unknown committee and the OP.
I think the cds housing association owns the land, they haven't say anything about the parking under the tenancy agreement. Oh come on you should know what the committee is, the committee is employed by the housing association.0 -
