Me too. And if OP does send me another PM I'll report it as abuse.

This and the other threads the OP had started are really most bizarre, and some people have far more patience than I.
But if only the OP would answer a straight question with an understandable straight answer without all the aggression maybe it would have got somewhere.
I wonder if this is why the HA and committee are being less than helpful, or maybe deliberately awkward.
Also the notice stuck on the rear of the car is not your usual PPC junk either, very strange in my opinion!

I have moved my car from the private car park to the public road so I wonder if I am in the safe hands to stop the PPC to tow my car or they can still tow my car away?

Not from a public highway - and not from private land either.

So now you are on the highway, the council may want to stop you selling your car there. However most won't bother if it is only one car at a time and if you are not obstructing anything.

Local rules in my area is you can sell a car within 500m of your home.

I know his threads are very confusing but I don't know where the idea he is selling cars from originated, I believe the sticker partially seen in the photo is just a normal dealer's (he bought it from here) sticker seen on most cars, and I think if you look into it they are based in Warrington.
But I could be wrong who knows!

What do you think? I own the car so don't be so bloody nosy what is the sticker on the car is used for. It didn't really matter what it is used for or where I got it from

Genuinely not being nosey, if you'd taken the trouble to ACTUALLY READ my post (or maybe ask a grown up to help you), you would have realised that. If there is a suspicion that the vehicle is being offered for sale then a different set of rules apply. However, as it seems that is not the case, then the original rules and information I was going to post would apply, and the matter would be resolved.

Sadly, in the light of your poor attitude towards people offering you help, I will regretfully not be able to help you further with this issue.

    Good Luck
