The important part of the url is the part before the .com or .co.uk etc.

    In this instance it's custhelp.com.

custhelp.com is the domain, anything before custhelp and separated by a . is a 2nd level subdomain.

custhelp is a RightNow Technologies, Inc. domain.

British Airways, British Telecom, Cisco Systems are just three of around 1,800 companies who use RightNow's services.

However although this website isn't a Cisco / Linksys company, LinkSys USA have decided to farm out their official support to RightNow Technologies, now whether they have farmed it all out including having RightNow Technologies staff reading scripts or it's connected to their own support staff I haven't looked further into.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!
(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)
