Try a hard reset before performing a firmware update. i.e. not just switching off and on again, press the reset button as instructed in the manual. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

I cant go to that address though to upgrade it as I dont have anything to click on as in the uploaded image in the thread earlier.
I did try the hard reset and changing the security settings they were on medium high but I changed them to medium at the bottom tried the page and it was still the same so I put it back to medium high. I also switched the router off all night and rebooted it this morning as it gets so hot I didnt like leaving it on so its not that either.Thanx

Are you sure that you pressed the reset button for long enough? e.g some need to be pressed for 15-20 seconds. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
