IIRC the weekly email goes to more than a million subscribers which can cause any company to have a huge raise in sales and temporary delay in fulfilling orders.0

Hoping you can help with our problem.
We purchased a mobile phone and contract for our daughter from a company advertising on your site.mobiles.co.uk The phone was purchased at the end of November;two year contract to include mobile phone, unlimited texts calls with 6gb of data for an advertised price of £27.00 per month payable by monthly direct debit. The phone\contract was activated on 28th December 2017. We have had a confirmation from Vodaphone to confirm we have a contract for 1gb of uk data for a monthly fee of £28.00 . Vodaphone will not honour the additional uk data as advertised with this contract. This is not what we signed up for. We have contacted Vodaphone and have been advised to contact the phone company who has promised a call back but are still waiting after five days.
We are very unhappy with the service we have received from a company that was recommend on your site and I notice still is.
I would very much appreciate your feedback on our problem with both mobiles.co.uk and Vodaphone.
Look forward to hearing from you.0 -
Did you do a screen capture to prove it, or receive email confirmation what you/they were agreeing to?0
-
Yes thanks we have a written confirmation !
showing what they agreed to as above . But the company don't seem to have
the power to tell Vodaphone to honour this confirmation ?0 -
What have mobiles.co.uk said about the error?0

Your right I have to change to MSE recommend this as a good deal !
which I took up , I trust this site and have had some amazing deals ,
which is why I am asking for some help ,someone else may have had the same issues.0 -
Simple. You can prove that Mobiles.co did not provide what you contracted to. It has nothing to do with Vodafone. Send a LBA to CPW T/A Mobiles.co.uk giving them 7 days to rectify the situation or you will issue a claim for the additional costs (plus court fees, incidental costs and statutory interest). Since you will have a problem claiming in advance, I would set the basic claim amount at the cost of cancelling the contract (which will incure 24 months at £27 per month) plus any additional charges from the network established before you realised Mobiles.co (CPW) had put you on the wrong contract.
In my vast experience with Mobiles.co and CPW (though I stopped using them about 3 years ago after having hundreds of contract from them over a ten year period for myself and others I order for) they generally do take notice of someone who knows what to do and is prepared to do it.0 -
