Hi Nathan,
It has been nearly a month since I first reported my porting issue on this site but the issue has not been resolved yet. Normally porting process should not take more than 3-5 working days but in my case it has been over three months altogether. Vodafone has even stopped sending any update regarding progress of the issue. Is that a standard process of dealing with complaints or do I have to contact Vodafone time and again until the issue is resolved. It would be much appreciated if regular updates are sent to the customer regarding any reported issue. Now could you please let me know the time line when this porting process will be completed as it is causing a lot of distress.

Hi all i need to get this off my chest, i feel i/we have nowhere else 2 turn. Trapped with vodafone until march/april 2017. After today i dont know how much more I can take.
Contract began 22nd of the month ?? 2/3yr ago (1 early upgrade).
At begin of contract we instantly requested a Direct Debit day of 28th of mth. 2yr down the line it was sort of going ok. Due to my area/village it was a done deal of a poor signal but mostly no service.
So in jan-march this yr we had a cash flow issue. Paid £222 in march and RE-SET DD for the 28th of month as previous (2yrs same date)
Ok so F-F to end may i discover VF have taken payment on the 22nd of the month clearing us out..:(( i looked back and discovered april had also came out on the 22nd instead of 28th. contact them told it was sorted.
Along comes june, payment comes out on 22nd emptied our last pennys till pydy (28th) tsb return it and waiver the bank charge. Contact VF, explain the entire history and get a chap who is rude, wont help, cant speak clear nor understand me, he hangs up on me. I call back speak to english chap who tells me i have £46 charges intop of my bill.
For late payment, data charges as apparently we had gone over. With investigation its discover the data is for the dates 21st of month till 22nd of next month so between 22 to 28th 2 phones had racked up excessive data charges.
He kindly waiverd all charges explaining oncd again we the customer was NOT at fault.

Yday text message (VF, you havent paid bill)
I had to go through the online saga (await pin number blabla)
Gets onto pdf bill to read through details. To find the bill for july was for £99.56 (normal is £76)
Noted again huuuuuge data charges? 2 late fees. Noted the sata dates (21-22nd of months).
Contacted the bank and my DD was still live/active same since march and no attempt had been made from VF to take payment at all.
Today spent over 1 hour on phone to them, 3 different ppl.
Never in my life have i been treated so badly. I was told by call centre, i will not pass your call to anyone, your request to speak to customer complaints was refused.. Stuff like that, husband was also told the same excuses.
All i wanted was my DD sorted for the 28th along with the data to run at same time 28th-28th
We were met with quite honestly the worst CC i have ever experienced. And they refused to waiver the fees, said we are liable for the data charges and they will NOT change the data to run alongside bill date (direct debit date of 28th).
They are adament my data is to run from 21-22 every month. I dont get paid till 28th why is it so hard for them 2 do. I had it before for 2yrs until march with none of these problems. Please help.
Do i have grounds to cancel without penalty???
I feel do trapped, sick and really upset today((
