Hi,
I'm in the process of buying a house and I did a cursory check of my credit file prior to applying for a mortgage.
To my shock, I see 3 missed payments from Vodafone in Mar, Apr and May 2016 totalling £192. This is an error on your part because I phoned in November 2015 at the end of a 2 year contract to give the statutory 1 months notice to cancel both mine and my partners accounts and so my final payment to you was on 16th December 2015.
I have rang your customer services on the 6th June 2016 & 24th June 2016 regarding this. Both times the agent agreed with me that this was an error on Vodafones part and that it would be removed.
Today having checked Clearscore (Equifax) I see the errors still remain, why is this? How long does it take to update your records and notify the credit agencies?0 -
Clearscore only updates once a month, Try a free trial at equifax and get the latest report0

Just to update, got in touch and was contacted this morning by a great guy called Charles, he took my complaint seriously and i was offered a very good deal not to leave.
Well done vodafone , you got there in the end.
New phone and new contract ( S7 free handset and £25 per month) or my pac code and i was free to leave.
As i couldn't get a deal like the one they offered, i have decided to stay. its saved me at least £150.
We got there in the end, maybe your web team could teach your stores and 191 a thing or 2.0 -
