  • Hi Lee,

I have replied as you asked, would appreciate some action at this point as there's surely enough information both on my post here and the email sent for you to look into Vodafone's fraudulent actions. I would expect some resolution.
  • Hi YaoSong,

I tried to submit a request through the Contact Us link, but whenever I press the sent button, it direct me to vodafone commercial page and no reference code appeared anywhere.

Is there any way that I can get my request submitted?

    Many thanks,

    Tung

  • Hi mobilejunkie,

Many thanks for the quick response. I have tried but none has worked, no automatic replies received.

Is there any alternative way that I can submit this request and get quick response from vodafone? I have had an issue with my credit and need vodafone to resolve it as soon as possible but their customer team keep pushing me around but none has been helpful, none has taken any responsibility for the case. Alternatively, I can escalate the issue, but want to see any other options.

    Please helps,

    Thanks.

    See pm then.
  • Not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things but having to receive a text every time I want to log in to my Vodafone account online is an awful system and one of the reasons I'm reluctant to go with them again.

    Vodafone, what a cheek!

I’ve been a customer with Vodafone for quite some time. I always buy my own phones.

About a year back I bought an Apple phone, continues my contract with Vodafone. It ended about two weeks back.

Tesco were offering what I thought was a very good deal for me, Vodafone came no where near the offer. Tesco were offering 1,500 minuets, 5000 txts, 4G data for £11 and that was on a 12 month contract. All Vodafone would offer was 500 minuets, unlimited texts, and 5G data for £10.50 a months so I decided to jump ship

There was no difficulty in obtaining my PAC code but imagine my surprise when I arrived at Tesco’s mobile outlet when the assistant told me, my phone, the one I bought with my own cash was locked to Vodafone network. What a cheek, Vodafone. To make matters even worse I now have to wait up to 20 working days to receive an unlock code. Vodafone are screwing me!

The man at Tesco informed me that the £11 deal ends tonight but that there will probably be a new deal tomorrow, probably!

Well Mr Vodafone man what have you to say
