Hi DIA
I can so relate to being excited about the debt dropping into 'teens' - I counted 000 and 500 and occasionally 00 barriers all the way through mine!

I’m WFH again today. I find it so much less stressful when I WFH.
I broke a glass last week and now a glass teapot this morning. Both broke in the same way and in the same place. The only teapots that last the course are my Sadler teapots so I’m back to using a little one I found in a charity shop.
I seem to have a block with mopping my floor. I’m ashamed to say I still haven’t done it.
I’m keeping to my eating plan. I won’t know if I’ve lost weight this week until Monday.
Two lots of washing done and on the line .
My Aloe Vera plant that was on its last legs, it was on the side whilst I decided whether to throw it. It must have picked up on my intentions as now it looks healthy and I’ve done nothing. It is clearly a plant that thrives on neglect. There’s a life lesson there. Sometimes we all need to burrow done and be left alone and we come out fighting. At least I do…
Todays intentions
Get at least 30 minutes of exercise
Go to the post office for an international stamp and post card (cycle there)
Return book to the library (cycle there)
Make beef and adzuki bean burgers
Start 2 savings accounts. One with £10 in a jar (I know, but it’s a start) and another £10 in my bank’s saving account
SWEEP AND CLEAN FLOOR of the room I am working in
I’ll be back later to see how I did.

Today was a full-on working day. That's okay, I like my job and it wasn't a bad day just full-on.
A NSD :T
I haven't done any exercise today. Nope. Nada.
So, no cycling to the post office or library. My friend will get her card late
The floor hasn't been mopped. WILL I EVER DO IT?
I made the beef and adzuki burgers and ate too many of them. I'm going to try and stay away from red meat. It sits too heavy. My internet shop list has lots of fish on it. When I focus on eating fish and veggies I feel better...
I feel tired today. Don't laugh, but I think it's the meat
I cleaned my front door and blitzed my toilet.:)
I washed and dried 2 lots of washing
I cleaned my front door and all the glass on the ground level
I am starting FlyLady so my sink will be shiny and clean tonight. I'm going to do it after I prep my lunch for tomorrow and before I settle this evening
Tomorrow I am in the office and it's a packed day. I'd like to swim before work but I'm not sure how realistic that is?
I'm going for a drink with a friend after work so I shall take some nuts with me so I don't weaken and buy crisps or expensive nibbles. I've saved my spending money for the whole week to buy us both a drink. I'm taking a flask tomorrow so I don't waste any of the precious drinking fund. Before this debt journey I would have just used my debit card and not thought about it. It's nice spending pre-planned-saved-up for money
Have a lovely evening reader

I had a drink with a friend this evening. It was great fun.
We sat outside and the sun was going down as we became tipsy. I did buy her a drink but she also bought me one too so in total I spent £10. We stayed later than I thought and on the way home I bought chips £1.50. She liked her present (That I already had) I was going to give her a bottle of pink champagne I have but I kept it (she isn't even keen on champagne) and bought her some nice wine to go with her present.
I took nuts with me today and avoided pricey snacks with our drinks :T
I made a flask of coffee and avoided buying any coffees today
I stopped at Tesco on the way home and bought turkey thigh reduced to £1.30. I will make a turkey and vegetable thai red curry and that will last a few days. I'll have it on quinoa. If I get up early enough I can take some to work with me with some fruit.
I know it's only 4 days since I was paid but I am so aware of my spending this month, usually this awareness doesn't kick in until about 10 days before my next payday when I am panicking
I weighed myself today out of curiosity and my weight went....UP
I shouldn't have weighed myself as I went completely off plan. This wasn't helped by not having taken lunch with me. I should have stuck to my plan to weigh on Monday
I might be fooling myself but I think the extra weight is pre-menstrual water retention...we'll see...

Hey DIA. Sounds like you've had a lovely day. And I love your organisation with taking your own snacks and making a flask :T Little things like that really make a difference to your budget if you buy them but by taking them with you, it doesnt take anything away from your enjoyment. You can still socialise and have a nice time

Two nights in a row I've arrived home starving and made poor choices
Looking forward to Scotland more and more. One of the nice thing about being away is someone else being responsible for meals appearing at regular intervals
A busy day at work. I arrived home saddled down with bags and dog tired. It isn't the look I'm going for
Picked up some sauces in Waitro** posh vindaloo reduced from £2 to 39p. I got 4. In Tesc* I picked up a chicken yellow stickers. It was off and in the bin now. That's £2.80 spent on binned meat, as the turkey I picked up yesterday was also off. Not getting their meat again when it's reduced. I bought 5 bags of kale 7p each which are great, so maybe Tes** are better for plain veg bargains.
A bar of chocolate and crisps
At home tomorrow so I can wrestle back a little control
My bank agreement in writing came today. Glad I chased it up
I had my annual appraisal and got some excellent feedback
I woke up early and made thai veggies and quinoa to take to work. Yum
Lately starting to prefer veggie meals
I can't think for tiredness but I have so much to do tomorrow  I won't panic I'll just get up early and plan the day then...
Off to make a cup of tea, then an early night
Hope you had a lovely Saturday or for those just warming up, have fun

I would complain about the meat, because they should not and cannot sell food that isn't fit for consumptionnWhat would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

Thanks Satchmo. I will vote with my feet and boycott their meat. You are right of course, but I can barely get through my things to do list each day without adding them to my list of things to doThe silver lining is I've been eating more veggie meals and loving them
