    GWS wishes to Mr jj.

Just taken Jessie out for her 2nd walk of the day. Little madam this morning, went for her walk, then almost as soon as we got back, asked to go in the back garden, and promptly pooed. Couldn't have done it while we were out, could she?? :D

Nasty white stuff on the ground, but thankfully not so much as to preclude use of the mobility buggy.

    Afternoon folks

MMM - pleased to see your little moggy is back

Piggers - sorry to hear about the passport problems

JJ - hope your DH soon out of hospital and on the mend

embb - sounds an exciting time for you and your DD1 and fingers xd it all goes well

Not done much here today apart from dailies.

We went for my birthday dinner yesterday as DH has to get up very early the morrow for work and so didn't want to go tonight.

We had a few drinks after and left the car in the town and walked home through the snow. It's all gone now, though it's freezing cold, and DH has walked back for the car and is going to Al*i for us - bless.

Not having a roast today as I fancy salmon and DH wants asparagus so that's an easier dinner. Will probably do a roast in the week for us - do like a roast dinner.

Now going to make a quick cuppa and prob have a zzz

    Back later

Changed my bed and started tidying my room - a new chazzer pile has been started (in DS's room) and I have decluttered his washing to my mum's who will deliver it to my sister who's daughter house shares, at Uni, with DS but who comes home most weekends. Also taken the bag and fascinator mum lent me for the wedding back.

Still feeling down and a bit panicky. I'm starting to find everything a bit too much and that there's no time left for me. I'm up every day bright and early to sort out animals and children, make lunches and travel mugs of coffee (on work days) then my days are filled with drudgery and dullness until Small finishes school - then it's filled with screaming and fighting. I'm not enjoying the caravan and my dogs are driving me insane. Tiny is a terror ALL day. It feels like he only ever stops shouting, screaming, whingeing or crying when I finally get the kids to bed. After a protracted reading session, obvs. Then tidying, washing up, laundry and banking, before crashing into bed. What a boring existence :(

We don't even have snow to brighten things - just more and more rain, mud and mess. I really need a cry but hubby won't understand, so what's the point?

Sorry to whinge - just feeling sad ATM

Oh sweetheart, no wonder you are feeling down and that you'd like a cry - you've been through so much. You have a safe place here to say how you feel- it's not the same as in IRL but please know that we do all care. Are you sure your husband wouldn't understand? He might surprise you.

    Thinking of you xx

Dizzy.... go for the cry!! .. then you will look like a pink frog too with big puffy eyes :p .. Turn into evil parent.. time outs for everything.. screaming, shouting, rudeness everything. 1 bedtime story.. take it in turns to choose.. Caravans are miserable things and I'm sure you are all feeling the strain.. it will pass, in the meantime the disruption upsetting the children can be dealt with using strict rules and routine and making sure they know what will happen and when. They are unable to control any aspect of their life and the screeching is just a release.. They all do it! I wanted to strangle mine yesterday they were just dreadful! In years to come you will laugh at these days and they will all be a distant memory.. vent as much as you need, here and at anyone who will listen! Could the dogs go elsewhere for a day or 2 to give you some respite.. my senile cat nags 24/7 so I know how demanding they can be! It will pass and you will survive. xx

shower time in here.. and school tomorrow.. just so it can be Friday before I blink.. another week gone! It is my nieces birthday next week for those who remember baby Tabitha.. she is 7 ... 7!!! where the heck did that come from??

I have emptied a WM and fed it and done nothing else! .. I made 4 bunnies..

Hugs DizzyImp, I'm really impressed with how well you're coping with it all actually, and things will get better.

DH has not put the bins out.

See you all on the new thread.

(((Hugs))) Dizzy. I'm not surprised it's overwhelmed you, you've coped so well with being flooded out, you've just run out of steam. (((More hugs)))
